What is the question of the day?

Begin class with 5 rounds of box breathing. End class with 10 rounds. Standing at the beginning of class. Eyes closed. Seated or laying down at the end of class (you decide).
Breath count is- start with 4 seconds breathing in through nose/belly breath. 4 seconds breath hold. 4 second breath out through mouth. 4 second pause without breath. That’s 1 round. Time for another breath in.
