BLAST OFF BEGINS THE FIRST TUESDAY OF EVERY MONTH.
3 weeks of beginner classes, then unlimited classes for the rest of the month.
Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30 pm.
(If you can’t wait until then, you can do 5 private sessions, $75 each.)
If you have prior CrossFit experience, you DO NOT need Blast Off.
BLAST OFF CLASSES – $125 (Rates raise to $150 in February, 2018)

If you’re new to CrossFit, we require that you take a one month Blast Off class, which starts at the beginning of each month. During that month, we will obsessively coach you on your form for all of the basic weight-lifting moves, as well as the other exercises that we routinely do. Proper body mechanics are the key to preventing injury, and building strength. Trust us, even in the blast-off class, you’ll be getting a serious workout. (And you’ll see how committed we are to your strength and safety.)
Blast of class is on Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30 PM or 8:00 AM. That is 2 times a week for 3 weeks. After that, you have the remainder or the month to attend as many classes as you want, as often as you want.
** We do NOT issue refunds if you decide to stop Blast Off part way through. We generally have a waiting list for Blast Off, so we ask you to commit to using your spot that someone else might be waiting for.
